EPFC and HML are excited to welcome filmmaker and writer ANDREA MARQUEZ in Los Angeles visiting from Argentina (Via London) to share her passion of filmmaking with us! Andrea writes, “In this writing workshop for filmmakers and writers we will explore the possibilities offered by the use of written and spoken texts in films and art works following specific prompts and creative stimuli. We will look at film extracts in which texts are used in non-traditional ways creating curious narrative devices. We will explore forms of estrangement related to the use of text and the use of narrative techniques.” Limited to 12 participants. $40.
