YOUTH PROTEST FILMMAKING WORKSHOPS in THREE PARTS!

3 sessions: March 2, April 6 and April 17

The EPFC Collective family invites YOUTH to come harness the beauty of SUPER 8 filmmaking and let the world know what you think about the times we are living in!!

PART I: PRODUCE (Sunday, March 2) - 2 to 5PM.

PART II: PROCESS (Sunday, April 6) - 2 to 5PM

PART III: PROJECT (Thursday, April 17 - 7 to 10PM 

This workshop is being offered to YOUTH from ages 16 to 25 in hopes of capturing the magic of motion picture film and creating works that speak truth to power. This is your journey and your ideas! The group will come up with a theme and film the project during this workshop. 

The FIRST of THREE workshops will be on Sunday, March 2 and will focus on learning Super 8 filmmaking skills and filming in the neighborhood. The SECOND workshop will be Sunday, April 6 and will focus on hand eco-processing of your work and art making. The THIRD and FINAL session will be a community screening of your work and other activist shorts.

FREE to ALL participants 16 to 25 years of age but requires a one-time $20 materials fee to secure your spot. The fee pays for the Super 8 motion picture film, processing chemistry and supplies.
